Digital Art Submission Requirements
If you are working on a current project and want to provide us with a print ready file, here are the specifications for printing, depending on your project:
For Digital Print:
Preferred file type: Vector PDF, EPS or Illustrator File with .125" bleed margin and crop marks. Color art should be set to CMYK.
If you are providing an Adobe InDesign file, please package all files together, including fonts and images.
Raster files should be high resolution images of 300 dpi or greater as PSD, JPG or TIF files. Please include layers and allow for bleed in the document.
Art to be produced in black and white should be converted to Grayscale or 100% Black.
For Offset Print:
Preferred file type: Vector PDF, EPS or Illustrator File with .125" bleed margin and crop marks. Spot colors should be created within the document for color separation printing.
If you are providing an Adobe InDesign file, please package all files together, including fonts and images.
Raster files should be high resolution images of 300 dpi or greater as PSD, JPG or TIF files. Please include layers and allow for bleed in the document.
Art to be produced in black and white should be converted to Grayscale or 100% Black.
